1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of washwagen.com ("the Service", "the Platform"). By accessing the Platform or submitting booking inquiries, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Mobile Service Delivery & Access

On-Site Access: Customers must ensure legitimate, safe access to the vehicle or property at the designated service time and postcode.
Waterless & Eco-Friendly Technology: Our proprietary cleaning process utilizes biodegradable dry-steam extraction and advanced polymer wash techniques that require zero wastewater drainage.

3. Pricing, Billing & Stripe Payments

Service bookings are processed securely via Stripe Payments. Prices are clearly displayed prior to booking confirmation. Cardholder statements will display charges under the descriptor WASHWAGEN or AKLEN.NET.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

All service bookings and waitlist deposits are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice are eligible for a 100% full refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

Washwagen maintains comprehensive public liability insurance. To the maximum extent permitted by English law, our liability for any property claims is strictly limited to direct damages up to the value of our active insurance policy coverage.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
