Refund & Cancellation Policy
Simple Cancellation Rule: Mobile valeting appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with a 100% full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
1. Service Bookings & Deposits
Washwagen offers on-demand mobile vehicle valeting and facade detailing. Appointments are booked and confirmed upon authorization through Stripe.
2. 24-Hour Full Refund Policy
- Notice > 24 Hours: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your booked arrival time receive an immediate, 100% full refund credited to your original payment card via Stripe.
- Notice < 24 Hours: Due to van route allocation and detailing specialists assigned to your location, cancellations under 24 hours may incur a late cancellation fee of up to £25.
3. Weather & Operational Disruptions
Our mobile units operate dry-steam extraction capable of detailing in light rain. In severe weather or force majeure events where safety prevents service, we offer a free priority reschedule or a 100% full refund.
